Lorenzo Eric Salvio

Creative software engineer with the ability to pick up new languages and technologies as needed, looking for a place to learn and grow as a developer. I have been a software engineer at Benjamin since January; where I have had the chance to participate in every step of the development cycle, from inception of ideas to releasing features into production. I have been instrumental in maintaining productivity while transitioning between different leaders of the engineering department, as well as moving away from working with an offshore team of developers. Prior to learning software development, I spent four years coaching high school rowing, where I learned to lead a team, communicate highly technical instructions simply, and motivate those around me.
